- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

- We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories
- P.O. Box delivery is available via USPS only
- We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses via Express or Priority shipping
3.2 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-routing.

- Track your package directly on the carrier's website

- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment
6. Delivery Information

- Carriers typically make 1-3 delivery attempts
- If delivery fails, the package may be held at a local facility
- You may need to pick up the package or arrange redelivery
- Packages returned to us due to failed delivery may incur reshipping charges
6.2 Signature Requirements
- Orders over $100 may require signature upon delivery
- You can authorize release without signature through the carrier's website
- We are not responsible for packages left unattended per your authorization
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event your package is lost or damaged:

- We will work with the carrier to locate your package
- If the package cannot be recovered, we will send a replacement or issue a refund
- Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you
- Please retain all packaging materials for damaged items
